RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS:

The company will accept returns of undamaged, unwashed and unworn merchandise (

with tags attached) within 15 days of the original order date.

Please contact us at customerservice@chicdock.com prior to returning merchandise.

All items must be returned in the original packaging and in original condition.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

We will cover the shipping cost if return is a result of the company's error (incorrect or defective item) such items must be reported to the company via email: customerservice@chicdock.com within 7 days of receipt.

 

SALE ITEMS:

will be accepted for exchange or chic dock credit only. No refunds can be made on these items.

The chic dock credit is valid for six months from the issue date.

Please contact us at customerservice@ chicdock.com prior to returning a sale merchandise.

ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. They cannot be returned or exchanged at any time.

Upon the receipt of the returned goods the company reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the company policy requirements.

You should expect to receive the cost of the goods only, within ten business days from the date we receive the returned good.

Note: the refund amount includes the cost of goods at the time of purchase.

We do not accept price adjustment requests.

If you do not have a chicdock.com account and have placed an order as a guest, you may still issue a return or exchange by following the instructions below.

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

Please send your return item in the original packaging to:

Please note the quantity and reason for return on the package list.

Pack your return securely in the original package and include your completed packaging list.

 

RETURNING A GIFT:

You may return a gift purchased from chicdock.com. You will be issued a chicdock.com gift card in the amount of the returned merchandise, this will be mailed to you.

 

EXCHANGES:

To exchange an item, please email us at customerservice@chicdock.com.

We will assist you with your return and reorder of new merchandise.

Due to the limited availability of our collections, we cannot always honor an exchange but will try our best. If an exchange request cannot be made we will credit you with your full amount due minus shipping and handling charges.

 

RETURNS AND PROCESSING TIME:

We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the return item.

It takes about 5-10 business days from the time your return is received for you refund to be processed.

Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your credit in some cases it can take up to one full billing cycle for the credit to be reflected based on your credit card company's policy.
